What are Love Does business hours?

We're here for you 9am - 5pm pst (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Email us at store@lovedoes.org to connect or ask questions!

Can I make a change to my order?

Reach out to store@lovedoes.org as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If after 5 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to store@lovedoes.org with your order number, full name and shipping address.

While we are not liable for lost packages, we want to make sure you receive your Love Does merch so please reach out to us to let us know how we can help you find a fix!

When will an item restock?

We launch new merch designs every quarter!

For the items that are not new releases, the availability is based on our current stock. If you’re eyeing a specific product, please sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when it’s back.
